Water 80%, trehalose 5%, modified tapioca starch 2%, humectant (D-sorbitol) 2%, gelling agent (konjac powder 0.9%, carrageenan, carob bean gum), salt, canola oil, flaxseed oil, acidity regulator (potassium chloride), colours (red iron oxide, calcium carbonate)

Cooking instruction: For cold dishes, don’t heat. 
Perfect for sushi, poke bowls, salads.

Storage advice: Store in freezer (-18°C).

After opening keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
