INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 135 g bag of vegan tortilla chips
  • 1 x 230 g Vegan Zeastar No Salmon Sashimi
  • 2 avocados
  • 60 g creamy vegan yoghurt
  • 50 g soybeans
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Junkstar Sushi Mayo
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • ½ teaspoon galangal powder
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons wasabi
  • Soy sauce
  • Seaweed flakes
  • Salt

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Defrost the Vegan Zeastar No Salmon Sashimi ahead of time.
  2. Prepare the vegan No Salmon tartare by cutting the Zalmon Sashimi into small cubes. Place into a bowl and add a splash of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon wasabi and the black sesame seeds. Mix the ingredients well and set aside.
  3. Prepare the guacamole. Mash the avocado and add the ginger powder, galangal and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix the Vegan Junkstar Sushi Mayo, the creamy vegan yoghurt and 1 teaspoon wasabi in a bowl.
  5. Place the guacamole on one side of a deep plate and the vegan tortilla chips on the other. Top the guacamole with the No Salmon tartare, soybeans, wasabi Sushi Mayo, some additional sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.
