INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ready-to-eat veganzeastar sushi rolls
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • Handful of cress
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 radishes
  • 3 tbsp wakame
  • Handful of fresh chives
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Thinly slice the radishes and cucumber and then cut them in half and also thinly slice the red and green pepper.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and put it in a bottle.
  3. Finely chop the chives and cress.
  4. Thaw the sushi rolls according to the instructions and cut the pieces in advance.
  5. Top the first sushi roll with a tuft of mustard-mayo, cress, cucumber and end with some pepper.
  6. Top the second sushi roll with sriracha, wakame, radish and end with some pepper.
  7. Top the last sushi roll with a tuft of mustard-mayo and alongside it sriracha, fresh chives and red and green peppers alternately.
  8. Place all the sushi pieces in a heart shape together.
