INGREDIENTS

  • 4 small tortillas
  • 10 Crispy Lemon
  • Shrimpz
  • 200g carrot, grated
  • 200g red cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ red onion
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • 200g cucumber, grated
  • 6 tablespoons plant-based 
creamy
  • yoghurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons plant-based
  • mayonaise
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh coriander

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. When baking the Lemon Shrimpz in the oven, pre-heat the oven 
to 180 degrees Celcius. When using an airfryer, pre-heating isn't necessary.
  2. Mash the avocado, finely dice the red onion, and finely chop the tomato. Mix in a bowl and add a pinch of salt and chili powder.
  3. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out the liquid as much as possible. Mix in a bowl with grated carrot, red cabbag and 
plant-based creamy yoghurt, the plant-based mayonaise, 
the crushed clove of garlic and a pinch of salt.
  4. Put the Lemon Shrimpz in the oven or airfryer and bake for approximately 8 minutes.
  5. Heat a frying pan and prepare the tortillas according to the instructions on the packaging.
  6. Serve the tortillas with the carrot, red cabbage, guacamole, cucumber dressing, the Lemon Shrimpz, lime juice and some fresh coriander!
