INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tasty codd
  • 1 package of pre-made mashed potatoes
  • 1 cube of butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 250 ml oatly cooking cream
  • 1 lemon
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • 200 g green asparagus
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Splash of olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the mashed potatoes according to the package directions.
  2. Cut the butts off the green asparagus.
  3. Heat a frying pan with some butter, add the flour and mix. Add the oatly cooking cream little by little until the sauce has the right thickness.
  4. After this, add the juice of one lemon and the fresh chopped dill and mix well.
  5. Heat a frying pan with some olive oil and fry the green asparagus with some salt and pepper and at the end add the balsamic vinegar and water.
  6. Heat a frying pan with some butter and fry the cords according to the package until golden brown.
  7. Prepare a plate with the mashed potatoes, poor over it the sauce and on top of it the tasty codd. Serve the green asparagus alongside and top off with lemon and some fresh dill.
