INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Crispy Lemon Shrimpz
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g shiitake
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper
  • Handful fresh cilantro
  • 1 piece of vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 5 sticks lemongrass
  • 1 lime
  • A sniff of salt and pepper
  • ChiliFlakes

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the onion into fine rings and the tomato into bigger pieces.
  2. Cut the red pepper and the cilantro finely.
  3. Heat a pan full of water (2L) and add the vegetable broth, red pepper, the cilantro, soy sauce, chili oil, juice of 1 lime, salt, pepper and the lemongrass. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Than add the onion, tomatoes and shiitake, let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. And then release the lemongrass from the soup.
  5. In the meantime heat a cooking pan and bake the crispy Lemon Shrimp according to the package within 10-15 minutes golden brown.
  6. Put the soup in a bowl and top of with the crispy Lemon Shrimp, fresh cilantro, chili oil, chili flakes, red pepper and two pieces of lime.
