Yes, all our products are completely free of animal substances!

Most of our products contain soy and wheat proteins. We also use a lot of different vegetables, legumes and grains. We add herbs and spices to flavour our products. However, this differs per product, the specific ingredients can be found in the product information on the website and the packaging. None of them contain GMOs or palm oil!

Our sashimi is made of tapioca starch from the cassava root, water, flax- and rapeseed oil and a whole lotta plant-based love.

Gluten is a protein found in various grains, such as wheat and barley. While some of our products do not contain “gluten-containing grains” or “gluten” itself as part of the ingredients, due to cross-contamination, we are unable to provide gluten-free products, which means they may contain trace amounts of gluten (more than 20 ppm of gluten to be more specific). We understand that not everyone is affected by gluten, but some people do (1% of the population) and find it very challenging for them to find tasty plant-based options. So we are looking into ways to have gluten-free products in the future, but in the short term it is a big challenge to obtain safe and tasty gluten-free food. We hope to resolve this in the future.

We make every effort to ensure that our products contain as few allergies as possible. Lactose-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and Egg Free are just a few of the options available. All of the information is contained in the packaging of the products.

All of our products are both palm oil, and GMO free!

We do not have a Kosher certificate.

We also want to offer a good alternative for flexitarians and people who want to experience the structure and taste of animal meat and fish.
