Water, Soy protein-concentrate, canola oil, salt, flavour enhancer E621, spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, fenugreek, cinnamon, onion, chillies, garlic, ginger, turmeric, oregano, black pepper, nutmeg, fennel seed, pimento, cloves, caraway seeds) , vitamin B12

Cooking instruction: Heat for +/- 6 minutes in a frying pan on medium heat and turn over regularly. Don’t defrost before use. Perfect with French fries, on a sandwich, or in stir fries.

Storage advice: Store in freezer (-18°). After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
