INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tasty codds
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • Handful butter lettuce
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayonaise
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 raw red cabbage
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Handful fresh dill
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the red cabbage and red onion into fine pieces. Grate the carrot thinly. Mix together with the juice of 1 lime, olive oil, dill, salt and pepper.
  2. Grate the cucumber in thin long slices.
  3. Mash the avocado with the juice of 1/2 lime, olive oil, vegan yoghurt, vegan mayonaise and pepper.
  4. Bake the tasty codd shortly in a pan until golden brown.
  5. Roast the corn tortilla’s shortly and top them with the avocado spread, butter lettuce, the cucumber and the red cabbage-carrot mix.
  6. Top off with the tasty codd and fresh dill.
