INGREDIENTS

  • 1 No Salmon Sashimi
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 tbsp green peas
  • 10 g cress
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 orange
  • 6 tbsp sesame seeds (white and black)
  • 1 avocado
  • Snif of salt and pepper
  • Curry mayo

Curry mayo : 1 tbsp vegan mayo + 1/2 tsp curry powder, snif pepper and dash of olive oil.

PREPARATION

  1. Defrost the No Salmon Sashimi.
  2. Put the sesame seeds on a plate and lie down all sides of the Sashimi on the sesame seeds, sticking it on all sides.
  3. Cut the sesame covered Sashimi and the avocado into thin slices.
  4. Cook the green peas shortly and let them cool down.
  5. Cut the red onion finely.
  6. Mix the green peas with the red onion, the cress, the juice of the orange and lime and a snif of salt and pepper.
