INGREDIENTS

  • Crispy Lemon Shrimp
  • Handful of fresh arugula
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Dip 1: 3 tbsp vegan cream cheese naturel 1 lime 1 tbsp olive oil (extra verge) Snif salt and pepper
  • Dip 2: 3 tbsp vegan mayo 1 tsp sriracha 1 tsp ketchup 1 tsp red bell pepper powder (spicy)
  • Dip 3: Handful of fresh basil 1 tbsp pinenuts 1 tbsp olive oil (extra verge) 2 tbsp vegan mayonaise

PREPARATION

  1. Put together all the ingredients for dip 1 in a bowl and mix. Do the same for dip 2.
  2. Put together all the ingredients for dip 3 in a food processor machine and mix well.
  3. Bake the shrimpz according to the package within 10 minutes golden brown.
  4. Slice the lemon into thin slices and put together the plate by first putting the arugula, the shrimps, the dips and the slices of lemon.
