INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 No Salmon Sashimi
  • 1/3 courgette
  • 3 red beets
  • 5 radishes
  • 4 tbsp vegan mayonaise
  • Wasabi paste
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lime
  • Handful of cress

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the no salmon sashimi, courgette, red beet and radishes into fine pieces.
  2. Put together layers: courgette, no salmon sashimi, red beet, radishes, vegan mayonaise and again. End with a layer of no salmon sashimi.
  3. Roll up the courgette into three small pieces and add a dot of mayonaise. Put on it the cress and half a radish.
  4. Add the wasabi pasta in small dots around the layering and finish with some lime juice and sesame seeds on top.
