INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 No Tuna Sashimi
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Handful arugula
  • Handful fresh chives
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • Handful of cress
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp croutons
  • 1/2 lime

preparation

  1. Cut the No Tuna Sashimi into fine slices.
  2. Peel the cucumber finely over its length.
  3. Cut the red onion into fine half rings.
  4. Cut the chives into fine pieces.
  5. Put the plate together with arugula, cucumber, NoTuna Sashimi and red onion.
  6. Top of with soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, capers, cress, chives and croutons.
