INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces of Codd Vegan Zeastar
  • 150g precooked potatoes, diced
  • 250g green beans, trimmed
  • 1 white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 precooked corns
  • Handful of fresh chives, finely chopped
  • Dash of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Heat a pan with some olive oil over medium heat. Add the green beans and finely chopped onion. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the beans are tender and the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the precooked potatoes to the pan with the green beans and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the potatoes are heated through and slightly crispy.
  3. In a separate pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the precooked corns and brush with agave syrup. Season with pepper and cook until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  4. Heat another pan with olive oil over medium heat. Cook the Tasty Codd Vegan Zeastar pieces until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Plate the dish by placing the potato and green bean mix on the plate. Add the golden brown corn and place the Tasty Codd on top.
  6. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh chives.
