INGREDIENTS

  • 8 pieces of Crispy Chik'n Wings
  • 2 large wraps
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • Handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime
  • Dash of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp red bell pepper powder
  • Handful of baby spinach

PREPERATION

  1. Prepare the salsa: Mix mango, red bell pepper, red onion, avocado, red pepper, fresh cilantro with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Mix vegan mayo, sriracha, ketchup, and red bell pepper powder for the spicy mayo sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook Crispy Chik'n Wings until golden brown.
  4. Assemble the wrap: Spread sriracha mayo on the wrap, add salsa, Crispy Chik'n Wings, spinach, fresh cilantro, and red pepper. Fold and secure.
  5. Heat a pan with olive oil and cook the wrap until golden brown.
