INGREDIENTS

  • 6 crispy lemon shrimps
  • 2 burger buns
  • 4 leaves of butter lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Handfull of grated carrot
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp vegan yoghurt
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1/2 lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Roast the burger on the inner sides until golden brown.
  2. Bake the crispy lemon shrimpz according to the package shortly in a pan until golden brown.
  3. Finely chop the red onion into halve moons.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt, sriracha, juice of 1/2 lemon.
  5. Put the burger together: lower side, lettuce, carrot, crispy lemon shrimpz, red onion, sauce and the top of the burger.
