INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Kalamariz Vegan Zeastar
  • 3 tbsp hummus
  • Handful of lettuce
  • 10 small tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tbsp pickled red onion
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • Dash of olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado into small pieces and finely chop the cilantro.
  2. Heat a pan with a dash of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the Kalamariz for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Assemble the tacos. Start with a base layer of hummus, then add lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and pickled red onions. Top with Kalamariz and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
