INGREDIENTS

  • 6 pieces King No Crab
  • ½ red pepper
  • 3 limes
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 3 cm ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ red onion
  • 5 radishes
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 carrots
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

PREPARATION

  1. Squeeze the oranges, limes and lemon juices into one bowl and mix well.
  2. Grate the ginger and cut the red pepper into fine pieces and mix this with the juice. Add some salt for flavor.
  3. Cut the radishes and red onion into thin slices and grate the carrots.
  4. Cut the King No Crab into slices.
  5. Prepare a plate with the juice mix, the carrots, King No Crab slices, radishes and red onion.
  6. Top off with chili flakes and fresh basil.
