INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 No Salmon Sashimi
  • 5 hard taco shells
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • 3 small cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • Handful of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees Celsius and heat the taco shells according to the package.
  2. Cut the avocado into slices and mango and spring onions into smaller pieces. Grate the cucumber into thin long slices.
  3. Also cut the No Salmon Sashimi into small pieces.
  4. Mix the mayonaise with the curry powder.
  5. Put the taco shells together, spread a layer of curry mayo on the bottom of each taco shell, then add the avocado, mango, cucumber, salmon sashimi, spring onions and top off with the sriracha mayonnaise and the black sesame seeds.
