INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Plain Shrimpz
  • 240g vegan crème fraîche
  • 50ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dried Provencal herbs
  • 5 sun-dried tomatoes
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp red bell pepper powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Chili flakes

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a food processor, combine the crème fraîche, water, olive oil, Provencal herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the red bell pepper powder to the sauce and mix well.
  4. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into pieces.
  5. Pour the sauce into an oven dish, add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, and place the Plain Shrimp on top, allowing them to sink into the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chili flakes.
  7. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
