INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 No Salmon sashimi
  • 150 g sushi rice
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 small cucumber
  • 1 tbsp dry cilantro
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white and dark)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

PREPERATION METHOD

  1. Cut the mango, cucumber and avocado.
  2. Cut the red onion into fine pieces and also cut the lemon into pieces.
  3. Cook the sushi rice according to the package within 10 to 15 minutes into a pan with boiling water.
  4. Cut the salmon sashimi into small pieces.
  5. Prepare your poke bowl with sushi rice and top off with avocado, cucumber, mango, red onion, no salmon sashimi, red onion and top off with lemon, sesame seeds and dried cilantro.
