INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Smoked No Salmon pieces
  • 2 bagels
  • 4 tbsp natural hummus
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp pickled red onion
  • Fresh parsley
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (black and white)
  • 1 lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Bake the bagels in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for around 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Cut the avocado into thin slices and chop the parsley.
  3. Prepare the bagel by topping it with hummus, avocado, smoked salmon, pickled red onions, sesame seeds, fresh parsley, and the zest of a lemon.
