INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Smoked No Salmon pieces
  • 100 g pearl couscous
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1/5 red cabbage
  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp edamame beans
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate
  • Fresh parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lime

PREPARATION

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions. Then, season it with olive oil, curry powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Thinly grate the cucumber and chop the tomatoes into small pieces. Finely chop the red cabbage and parsley.
  3. Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add the Smoked No Salmon and top off with sesame seeds, fresh parsley, and lime juice.
