INGREDIENTS

  • 3 bao buns
  • 3 crispy chili shrimpz
  • 2 tsp hoi sin sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 snack cucumbers
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

PREPERATION

  1. Steam the bao buns within 5-10 min according to the package.
  2. Add olive oil to a cooking pan and bake the shrimpz until golden brown.
  3. Grate the carrot and cut the cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, hoisin and agave.
  5. Prepare the bao buns with the sauce, the butter lettuce, cucumber, carrot, the shrimps and top off with sesame seeds, chili flakes and fresh cilantro.
