INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Kalamariz
  • Handful of fresh lettuce
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp pickled red onion (homemade or canned)
  • 1 lime
  • Handful of fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the lettuce into pieces.
  2. Chop the red pepper and chives thin.
  3. Preheat a cooking pan and bake the Kalamariz until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add to a dish: the lettuce, the Kalamariz, the pickled red onion, the red pepper, the fresh chives, chili flakes and top of with some lime juice, salt and pepper.
