INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Beastie Plants Shawarama
  • 3 flat breads
  • 1 tbsp vegan mayonaise
  • 3 tbsp vegan yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 small snack cucumber
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Snif salt and pepper
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • 1/5 red cabbage
  • Handful arugula
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 5 small tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato spread

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the flatbreads golden brown within 5 minutes.
  2. Finely cut the fresh dill and grate the cucumber and clove of garlic.
  3. Mix the mayonaise, yoghurt, olive oil, salt, pepper, grated cucumber, grated garlic clove and the juice of 1/2 lemon in a bowl into a tzatziki sauce.
  4. Cut the red cabbage fine and chop the red onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
  5. Using the olive oil bake the shawarmama golden brown in a cooking pan.
  6. Put the flatbreads together: start with the tzatziki, then the arugula, red cabbage, shawaramama, tomatoes, red onion and the tomato spread. Top off with the fresh dill.
