Ingredients

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 2 radishes
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white and black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • A handful of fresh cilantro leaves
  • A handful of fresh chives

PREPARATION

  1. Defrost the sushi rolls according to the package instructions.
  2. Cut the radishes and red pepper into thin slices. Finely chop the chives.
  3. In a bowl, mix the vegan mayonnaise with the curry powder and black pepper.
  4. Top the Plant-based Sushi Rolls.
  5. No Salmon Asparagus: Spread curry mayo on the roll, add sriracha, sprinkle chili flakes, and top with cilantro and red pepper.
  6. Oshi No Salmon: Spread curry mayo on the roll, then add chopped chives, sesame seeds, and radishes.
  7. Spicy No Tuna: Place cucumber slices on the roll, add curry mayo, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and finish with chives.
