INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Vegan Zeastar Crispy Lemon Shrimpz
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp ketjap manis
  • 1 tsp of sambal
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100 ml water
  • 6 radishes
  • Handful of butter salad
  • Handful of taugé
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ red onion
  • 200 g bimi
  • 1 lime
  • 30 g crushed peanuts
  • Sniff chili flakes
  • Handful fresh cilantro

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the radishes, red onion, bimi and cilantro into small pieces and grate the carrot.
  2. Prepare the sauce by heating a pan with olive oil, a clove of garlic, the peanut butter and mix with coconut milk, ketjap manis, sambal and water until the sauce has the right thickness.
  3. Meanwhile, bake the Shrimpz according to the package in a cooking pan until golden brown.
  4. Afterwards bake the bimi in the same pan withing 15 minutes with some soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Prepare your plate with the butter salad, taugé, carrot, radishes, baked bimi and Shrimpz, a half lime (to squeeze out).
  6. Top off with crushed peanuts, red onion and fresh cilantro.
  7. Mix the salad well before eating!
