INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g pasta
  • 10 plain shrimpz
  • 1 tsp red bell pepper powder
  • Pinch salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp tomato spread
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1 tbsp balsamic
  • 8 tomatoes
  • 5 dried tomatoes
  • Handful of olives
  • 2 tbsp dried Italian spices
  • Handful of fresh basil

PREPARATION

  1. Slice the tomatoes and courgette into pieces.
  2. Slice the olives and dried tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Also slice the fresh basil into small pieces.
  4. Cook the pasta according to the package within 10 minutes, rinse off with cold water.
  5. Bake the courgette in a cooking pan with olive oil until golden brown and add some balsamic, salt and pepper.
  6. Bake the plain shrimpz in a cooking pan with olive oil, red bell pepper powder, 1 tbsp dried Italian spices, salt and pepper until golden brown.
  7. Mix the pasta with the tomato spread, 1 tbsp of dried Italian spices, fresh basil, olives, tomatoes, dried tomatoes and courgette. Top off with the baked shrimpz and some fresh basil leaves.
