INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 package of Vegan Zeastar No Salmon Sashimi
  • 1/2 ciabatta
  • 2 tbsp extra vierge olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red bell pepper powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 small onion
  • ½ lemon
  • Sniff chili flakes
  • Sniff salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley
  • Sesame seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the ciabatta into thin slices and sprinkle with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, red bell pepper powder and dried thyme.
  3. Put the ciabatta in the oven and bake until golden brown.
  4. Cut the avocado into small pieces and mix with finely chopped onion, juice of ½ lemon, salt, pepper, olive oil and sniff chili flakes.
  5. Cut the No Salmon Sashimi into small pieces.
  6. Prepare the crostini’s by adding the avocado, No Salmon Sashimi and top off with finely cut parsley and sesame seeds.
