INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of Zalmon Sashimi
  • 2 naans
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 mango
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Squeeze of fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp of black sesame seeds

PREPERATION METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the avocado, mango, red bell pepper, red onion and fresh cilantro into fine pieces.
  3. Mix these ingredients in a bowl with some extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime juice.
  4. Cut the Zalmon Sashimi into small pieces.
  5. Bake the naans in the oven according to the packaging (within 5 minutes).
  6. Put the fresh salsa on top off the naan and top it off with the Zalmon Sashimi, freshly cut cilantro and some black sesame seeds.
  7. Cut the naans into small bites.
