INGREDIENTS

  • 3 rice papers
  • 1/2 no salmon sashimi
  • 1 nori sheet
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 glass sushi rice
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayonaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oisin
  • 1 tap honey
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30g sesame seeds

PREPERATION

  1. Cut the avocado and grate the carrot and cucumber thinly.
  2. Also cut the no salmon sashimi into long pieces and mix with grated ginger, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin and honey.
  3. Cook the rice according to package directions. Spoon the cooked rice into a large bowl and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Dip the rice paper into a bowl of warm water and put it on a plate.
  5. Put together the rice paper rolls: rice paper, small piece of nori sheet (2 by 4 cm), rice,, no salmon sashimi, veggies, the mayonaise and top off with another nori sheet. Roll it up tightly.
  6. Top off with the sesame seeds.
  7. Heat a cooking pan with olive oil and bake the rice paper rolls until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the rice paper rolls on a plate and serve with soy sauce.
