INGREDIENTS

  • ½ No Tuna Sashimi
  • Handful of cress
  • Handful of rucola
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tbsp of vegan truffle mayo
  • Handful of pistachio nuts
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil (with chili and garlic)
  • Salt and pepper

PREPERATION

  1. Cut the No Tuna Sashimi into thin slices.
  2. Crush the pistachio nuts using a mortar.
  3. Prepare a plate with the No Tuna Sashimi, the olive oil, capers, sesame seeds, vegan truffle mayo, cress and rucola and top off with the pistachio nuts, salt and pepper.
