INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 no tuna sashimi
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 cm ginger
  • spring onion
  • soy sauce
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 glass of sushi rice
  • nori sheet
  • Cling film
  • Sesame seeds

PREPERATION

  1. Cut the spring onion, ginger and no tuna sashimi into fine pieces.
  2. Mix it together in a mixing machine with the soy sauce and mayonaise.
  3. Cook the rice according to package directions. Spoon the cooked rice into a large bowl and let cool to room temperature.
  4. Place a piece of cling film on a plate and spoon half of a portion of rice onto it. Make a dimple in the center and spoon in 1 tbsp of no tuna filling. Spoon the other half of the rice portion on top and fold the cling film tightly.
  5. Squeeze it well together so that you get a compact ball. Then form the rice ball into a triangle.
  6. Put a small piece of no tuna sashimi on top with some sesame seeds.
