INGREDIENTS

  • 20 Plain Shrimpz
  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 300 g spaghetti
  • 200 ml vegan cooking cream
  • 1 onion
  • 10 sundried tomatoes in oil
  • Handful fresh dill
  • 100 ml Pernod
  • Olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 30 g vegan butter
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package within 10 minutes in a pan with enough cooking water.
  2. Cut the onion, sundried tomatoes and dill into fine pieces.
  3. Heat a small pan with the Pernod and put it on fire until the alcohol is burned.
  4. Heat another small pan with olive oil, add the onion, sundried tomatoes and garlic clove to it.
  5. Add the vegan cooking cream, Pernod and butter and let it thicken.
  6. Spice the sauce up with dill, salt and pepper.
  7. Meanwhile heat a cooking pan with olive oil and add the shrimpz with red bell pepper powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bake according to the package until golden brown.
  8. Mix the pernod sauce with the spaghetti and prepare your plate with pasta, shrimpz and fresh dill.
