INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Vegan Zeastar Tasty Codds
  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 slices of vegan cheddar
  • Handful of butter lettuce
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 lime
  • Snif salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • 1 tomato

PREPARATION

  1. Roast the burger on the inner sides until golden brown.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, dill, juice of 1 lime, olive oil, salt and pepper into a tasty ravigotte sauce.
  3. Cut the tomato into fine slices.
  4. Bake the tasty codd shortly in a pan until golden brown and let the cheddar melt on top.
  5. Put the burger together: lower side, lettuce, tomato, Tasty Codd with cheddar, ravigotte sauce and the top of the burger.
