INGREDIENTS

  • 3 wraps
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp vegan oat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Handfull of fresh chives
  • 1/2 No Salmon Sashimi
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

PREPARATION

  1. Warm the wraps and cut them into small circles using a glass and a knife or a round cut-out piece.
  2. Cut the chives into fine pieces.
  3. Mix the vegan yoghurt, juice of 1/2 lemon, olive oil, black pepper and chives
  4. Cut the red onion into fine half rings.
  5. Mix the red onion with water, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, chili flakes and black pepper.
  6. Let the onion soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  7. Cut the avocado and Zalmon Sashimi into fine pieces.
  8. Put the tostadas together and top them off with the yoghurt dip, pickled red onion, the avocado, Zalmon Sashimi and top off with the black sesame seeds.
