INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g Vegan Zeastar No Salmon Sashimi
  • 50 g Wakame
  • 50 g carrot
  • 50 g cucumber
  • 50 g radish
  • 30 g soybeans
  • 35 g (red) rice
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened creamy vegan yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vegan Junkstar Sushi Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi or sriracha
  • Soy sauce
  • Optional: sesame seeds

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  2. Cut the Vegan Zeastar Zalmon Sashimi into thin slices and place into a bowl with a splash of soy sauce.
  3. Cut the carrot, cucumber, radish, and avocado into small cubes.
  4. For the sauce, mix the creamy vegan yoghurt, Vegan Junkstar Sushi Mayo and wasabi or sriracha.
  5. Serve the ingredients in a deep bowl, in the following order: rice, Zalmon Sashimi, soybeans, wakame, vegetables, and sauce. Add more soy sauce to taste and garnish with some sesame seeds (optional).
