INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Crispy Coconut Shrimpz
  • Handfull of cress
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ mango
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 small onion
  • Handfull of fresh cilantro
  • 3 radishes
  • Salt and pepper

PREPERATION

  1. Cut the tomatoes, avocado, mango, red bell pepper, onion into small pieces and mix with lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Put this mix in a bowl and turn it around on a plate or fill a stainless steel ring on a plate with this mix and remove the ring.
  3. Grate the cucumber into small slices over its length an put this on the side of the tartare.
  4. Cut the radishes into small slices.
  5. Bake the crispy coconut shrimpz as stated on the package.
  6. Top the tartare with the cress and shrimpz and surround it with radishes. Top off with fresh cilantro, salt and pepper.
