INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x 230 g pack of Vegan Zeastar No Tuna Sashimi
  • 4 wholegrain tortilla wraps
  • 150 g fresh mango
  • 60 g creamy vegan unsweetened yoghurt
  • 30 g vegan mayonnaise
  • 10 g Sriracha
  • 1 or 2 scallions
  • 1 or 2 cayenne peppers
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Baking spray or olive oil
  • Optional: Sesame seeds

PREPARATION METHOD

  1. Defrost the Vegan Zeastar No Tuna Sashimi and pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Take a big glass (diameter ± 8-9 cm) and place on its head on top of the tortillas. Slide your knife around the glass in order to create 12 small tortillas.
  3. Coat the mini tortillas with baking spray or a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt on top.
  4. Place a muffin tin upside down. Place the mini tortillas between the muffin cups of the tin and bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Leave them to cool.
  5. Cut the No Tuna Sashimi into small cubes. Put them in a bowl and mix with a splash of soy sauce.
  6. Add the creamy vegan yoghurt, vegan mayonnaise, and sriracha to the No Tuna cubes and mix well.
