INGREDIENTS

  • 10 leaves of butter lettuce
  • Handful of mixed lettuce
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ mango
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 king no crab cakes
  • 1 lime
  • Sniff of salt and pepper
  • Handful of fresh dill

PREPERATION

  1. Cut the red onion and mango into fine pieces. And cut the tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces. Cut the avocado into slices.
  2. Heat a cooking pan with some olive oil and bake the king no crab cakes golden-brown according to the package.
  3. Add to a plate the butter lettuce, the mixed lettuce, the cucumber, tomatoes, mango, red onion and avocado. Top off with the olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper, juice of ½ lime and fresh dill.
  4. Lastly add the crab cakes to the dish for the finishing touch!
