INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g King No Crab, small cubes
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp shiro miso
  • 1 tbsp mild mostard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 5 g dille, chopped
  • 5 g parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato, small cubes
  • 1/2 avocado, cubes
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp chipotle peppers
  • 1 tbsp aonori, flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black salt (kala nemak) or sea salt
  • Lettuce Leaves for decoration
  • Edible purple flowers for decoration

PREPERATION METHOD

  1. Add everything in a bowl and mix well. Cover and store in the fridge for about an hour.
  2. Taste for pepper and salt.
  3. Serve in a glass or cup on a slice of lettuce and decorate with an edible purple flower.
